Section A - Property ($500 Deductible)

Policy provides broad form coverages on office contents, tenants improvements, personal effects, trees, shrubs, plants, debris removal. It also includes:

- loss of income - actual loss sustained (12 month indemnity) including rents
- replacement cost
- 80% co-insurance with 15% or $10,000 waiver
- inflation protection
- sewer backup
- computers/edp equipment (including software)
- laptop computers excluded if loss due to theft
(theft coverage may be endorsed back onto policy if purchased seperately)
- computer system breakdown ($1,000 deductible)
- blanket glass
- signs
- explosion of hot water tank

Plus the following extensions:
- $ 25,000 accounts receivable
- $ 25,000 valuable papers
- $ 5,000 damage to building by theft
- $ 2,500 auditors fees
- $ 2,500 fire department charges
- $ 50,000 leasehold interest
- $ 10,000 property temporarily removed
- $ 10,000 property in transit
- $ 50,000 newly acquired locations (60 day reporting)
- $250,000 building newly acquired location (60 day reporting)

Section B- Crime ($500 Deductible)

- $10,000 on each of the following:
- inside robbery
- outside robbery
- kidnapping
- theft from night depository or custodians home
- money orders, counterfeit paper currency
- depositors forgery
- safe burglary
- medical expenses
- employee dishonesty (limit per loss)

Section C - Liability

Commercial General Liability $1,000,000 inclusive limit occurence form including the following extensions:

- personal injury
- occurrence property damage
- broad form property damage
- employees as additional named insured
- employer's liability
- blanket contractual
- voluntary property damage $500 Limit
- cross liability
- newly acquired organizations (90 day reporting)
- amended intentional bodily injury exclusion
- incidental medical malpractice
- medical payments $2,500 per person
- tenants legal liability b. f. $500,000 limit
- advertising liability
- non owned automobile $1,000,000 limit
